September–November 2023

Working collaborations established with the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the U.S. Department of Energy's Nuclear Office, focused on new generation, supply chains, and used fuel management.

December 2023

Collaboration established with Idaho National Laboratory to advance commercialization of microreactors, including the MARVEL program.

April 2024

Launch of nuclear financial services programs under a new brand.

July 2024

Engagement begins with the Department of Defense on Project PELE, its microreactor program.

November 2024

First American Nuclear Society conference attended; meeting with the IAEA Director General.

March–April 2025

Site visits to Westinghouse headquarters and Idaho National Laboratory, including remarks before roughly 300 DOE personnel.

November 2025

Discussions begin with ExxonMobil following the Open Group energy forum in Houston; ANS winter conference attended.

December 2025

Pillsbury retained as trademark counsel; discussions begin with DOE on DPA Consortium participation.

March 2026

Framework agreement negotiations underway with a confidential reactor technology vendor; continued engagement with the Connecticut National Guard and an eastern Connecticut host municipality.

July 2026

Project PATRIOT™ architected as the firm's vehicle for floating nuclear power systems and advanced manufacturing in Texas, targeting both land-based and maritime deployment to serve Northeast energy markets (ISO New England, NYISO, PJM).

September 2026

Headquarters relocated to Houston, Texas — the energy capital of the world — alongside the formal launch of an external capital-raising campaign.
